Had a pool and very good views and is close to everything

If they had a breakfast buffet they would profit a lot

The room was very tidy and clean. Had everything you need. The sofa can be unfold into a bed. It is in a pretty strategical place in KL as well as being right next to the National Library.

There was no place to hang your clothes or towel in the bathroom and the floor was pretty slippery when wet so be careful. The unit was in a different tower so you had to walk outside the building to get to the main lobby so be mindful of the weather before you go down.

immediately, the host managed to change the room for me as my first room B-40-05 B, the aircon is out of gases, not cold at all. will turn off itself after a while. finally changed to B-17-03 A to prevent me being fainted in the room.

no foodies around it. not convenient at all. the front counter staffs were not friendly, sour faces. the tower A lobby was poor ventilation, hot, not a friendly environment. I got heat stroke after waited for 2 hours there for check in. same goes to tower B and corridor of level 40,17, very bad ventilation. my first room B-40-05 B, the small hotel fridge was not cleaned, got thick frozen ice in there.
