The pool access and how quiet it was
I didn’t like how long it took to check in. There should be a self check in. My rooms phone was not working

Very comfortable beds, pillows and the room was pretty big! Safe location and close to the mall, restaurants and the interstate. Breakfast was good and was included in the price of the room. Establishment was very clean modern.

Location easy to access, staff was very helpful and always cheerful, and the beds were very comfortable.
The shower: for people with long hair, could an adjustable shower head be installed in place of the standard fixed head? Especially for short people who may not want to wash their hair (or even get it wet). Toilet paper holder was loose; roll of TP kept falling off.
