    The desk staff were delightful and helpful. But for the price we would have liked more conveniences in the room. There are probably newer and better supplied hotels in the same price range nearby.

    Better communication! Pool was nice, but where to get a towel to use would have been nice instead of dripping to the 3rd floor. No drinks at Breakfast and no signage telling no juice or milk. When asked told could go to the water fountain. Seriously??? That is not good customer service. When I mentioned to the front desk my disappointment the manager invited me to graciously stay somewhere else next time and get what you pay for. I'm sorry, but I felt I paid enough to get towels and a decent breakfast. The gravy tasted like water, guess saving money. Hard biscuits. No meat. Coffee stood up by itself and I cannot drink coffee anyhow. Room was decent tho, need a light in the bathroom. The ambient light at und the mirror is great for a glow, but hard to see in an accessible necessity bathroom. This was a quick trip for doctors appointment and to see my niece in the hospital. I work hard for my money, and didn't appreciate the rude customer service for the circumstances considering I wasn't being rude just asked a question. Told towels cost $25-$20 each for the pool (Walmart sells for $3, not sure where he is shopping!) just hit me wrong considering I never complain and well, telling me to stay somewhere else next time hurt my feelings in ways I cannot explain since I just asked for pool towels or s signage telling where to get them, only saw a sign saying $20 fee if use the room towels.

    It was dirty inside elevator. Someone did pee on the floor and the bin in front of elevator was so full that left lots of trash on the floor which smell so bad. Even in the morning the housekeeper didn’t clean it. And my room was in front of elevator so I had to hold my breath when I came out. Moreover, my room smell so bad, maybe because of the spray or something. Lots of dust, and hair in the grill of air condition. I won’t come back here again. But the staff was very nice and if you can stand with the smell, the bed was comfy.
