The view, and the lounge room was comfy, heaters were really nice

Some facilities were a little aged and could do with an upgrade (e.g., railing on the outside deck was wobbly)

Location was good. Plenty of room
Broken glass windows the last guests had apparently done, no towels despite the add saying towels included. Street very loud. Got blamed for crack in glass we did not do. Then got charged a ‘ guess’ good thing we demanded to see the actual quote. Which was dated after original demand for money.

Lovely spot close to the beach and playground. Spacious old style home so plenty of room for family to spread out. Great view and lovely sea breeze.
Some things a bit old and need updating. Bedroom cupboards and drawers not really useable. Could use a deep clean.
