This home is staged over two levels with a wrap-around balcony capturing stunning water views. It has spacious living areas – both indoors and out – and a large grassy yard making it perfect for family or group hideaways.
Soak up Shellharbour’s relaxed coastal lifestyle from this fantastic home, right in the heart of town. It offers an unbeatable position for families, with the beach, playground, shopping facilities and marina all just moments away. With a boat ramp on the next block and a carport in the home, bring in your boat or jetski for a ride.
You’ll hear the sound of crashing waves from the deck, with alfresco seating to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. As you enter the property from the upper level, you find full height windows bathe the space in beautiful natural light while framing stunning ocean views. A large dining table makes it easy to come together for a shared meal, making use of the fully equipped kitchen. During the warmer months, dine outdoors on the balcony, cooking up a feast on the BBQ. Two living rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, make it easy for groups to spread out, or give the kids a dedicated space.
The queen-sized master and second bedroom with two king singles are located upstairs, both immaculately presented for your stay. These share the main bathroom with a combination bathtub and shower. The third bedroom with bunk beds and living room sofa bed downstairs are ideal for those traveling with children. The neat downstairs bathroom comes with internal laundry facilities, including a washing machine and dryer, adding to your everyday convenience.
Garage and driveway parking is available for up to three cars.

The area is known for its scenic foreshore walks, excellent beaches and stunning national parks. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, including fine diner Branches Restaurant, Relish on Addison and Nardi’s Italian.

It's a great house, very spacious and clean. Beautiful backyard and big balcony with magnificent view of the water. Walking distance to the beach, playground and local shops and restaurants. Great place for holidays with big family and children. We enjoyed swimming in the rock pool, there's little pool for kids as well as picnic areas.

Overall enjoyed our stay in Shellharbour and going to the Enchanted Forest Vivid walk. Good points about the accommodation* light and airy house. New carpet and new comfy furniture. Huge functional smart TV.* great entertaining area with an open plan between the kitchen, dining and lounge.* overall the house was cleaned well and was tidy.* close to beach, playground and shops* clean bed linen and most beds nicely made up.* toys for little children* nice surprises of beer and ice creams in fridge* great heating and cooling optionsPoints which we found average* no dishwasher * no basic cupboard condiments like salt and pepper, olive oil or any vinegars etc* bathroom towelling very poor. Thin and grey. Needs replacing. Worse than towels we use on our pups.* poor communication with managers and response to questions eg asking about early check in( still no reply) or late checkout.* no jiff or gumption under sink to scrub saucepans that all needed a good clean*One bed only made up with one lower sheet and no top sheet or blankets* bathroom and laundry cupboards in very poor condition* outdoor table covered in mould.* after booking we found very high service and cleaning fees added to our rental amount which brought the nightly rate to a very different price to what was advertised.
