Das Haus ist noch schöner, als auf den Bildern. Die ganze Einrichtung hat einen besonderen Charm, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Giorgos und seine Familie leben auf dem selben Grundstück, was aber nicht auffällt. Wir sind mit selbst gemachten Vorspeisen, so wie Obst und Kartoffeln aus dem eigenen Garten empfangen worden. Im Kühlschrank war Wasser und Wein bereits gekühlt, zudem Stand eine Flasche Raki bereit. So etwas herzliches erlebt man nicht so oft. Das Haus liegt in den Bergen. Knossos ist ca 40 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, Matala ca. eine Stunde. 5-10 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt befindet sich das hervorragende Lokal Earino.
