Situation idéale face à la mer et accueil agréable par Aline.
Le studio cabine est vétuste et mériterait une bonne remise en état : lavabo de cuisine et évier de salle de de bain fêlés et "raccommodés" avec du silicone, robinetterie hors d'âge, pas de chambre (contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l'annonce), lit escamotable qui prend toute la place et autour duquel il est difficile de circuler, baie vitrée impossible à faire coulisser, ventilation des toilettes défectueuse, prise électrique arrachée, ...
