Tastefully decorated modern apartment in perfect location

Perfect location. Tastefully decorated with high quality furnishings and a well equipped kitchen. Very comfy beds.

The views aren’t particularly inspiring and there was some noise from the apartment upstairs on our last night (the sound really carried).

A great place to stay for 2 couples in Treviso.

Beautifully finished 2 bedroom, 2 bath first floor apartment with elevator access on a beautiful river front street. Very nice, well furnished kitchen area. A good prosecco and bottles of water in the frig. Large freezer. Short walk to the center of old Treviso. Comfortable beds. Wonderful, kind people who manage the rental. Worth every penny.

Perfect to spend a pleasant holiday in TREVISO

Location is fantastic, 5 minutes walking distance from Piazza Dei Signori. The apartment has three bedrooms very spacious, with large dining room, it was super clean. Also Roberta, the hosts has been a star. She patiently waited for the guests to arrive. thank you Roberta for also printing our "Welcome sign"- You saved our wedding day.

Wonderful host and accommodation!

Location was very close to center, train station, and airport bus. Our RyanAir flight out of Milan was cancelled the previous day, and we had to rebook through Treviso. The flight didn’t depart until 9:30 at night, and our host, Roberta, was very kind and let us stay in the apartment for the entire next day. The apartment was fully stocked with water, milk, snacks, breakfast, and even a bottle of prosecco! Especially considering that it was a last minute booking, we could not have asked for more. Highly, highly recommended and it will be our first choice the next time we are in the area.

Exceptional

Everything. This is one of the best apartments we have stayed in over our travels throughout Italy. The host - Roberta - met us at the door and showed us around the apartment. She left bottled water and prosecco, coffee and tea, and showed us where to find extra bedding etc. should we need it. The apartment was furnished to a very high standard and was very clean and comfortable. The balcony had a table and chairs and was in the shade enough to allow us to sit out at any time of the day. The front of the building opens out onto the river and it's a short walk into the centre from there. Perfect.

Lovely place

For our family of 4 it was a very comfortable accommodation. It is tastefully decorated. the beds are extremely comfortable, you have everything in the kitchen, the bathrooms are large and beautiful, so everything is great. You are in the center, close to restaurants and shops and 10 minutes from the train station. Beautiful apartment!

Wonderful apartment

Beautiful apartment. New, modern and quiet from street noise. Well equipped for cooking. The most comfortable beds. It was just the 2 of us for 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the nicest apartments we have rented. The upstairs neighbors could be heard but they went to bed early so it was quiet by 10pm. You won't regret staying here.

No instructions for disposing of trash and recycle bins on patio not marked.

The best managed property found on this site

We needed an earlier check-in, so we especially appreciated that Roberta, the host, made us available another property, Alloggio Ca'Giustiniani. So I can't tell anything about Allogio Margherita, but we couldn't possibly wish for anything more at the alternate location. I can only assume that cleanliness and facilities are about the same. The city itself is a little unexplored gem. We totally loved it, even if we came for something else.

O melhor de Treviso. Se você está procurando uma acomodação em Treviso, não procure mais. Esta, sem dúvida é a melhor! Apartamento a poucos passos do centro histórico, às margens do rio, porém silencioso e tranquilo. Decoração clean e contemporânea, roupas de cama e banho de ótima qualidade, chuveiros excelentes, tudo perfeito. Roberta é uma excelente anfitriã, sempre atenta às necessidades dos hóspedes. Recebeu-nos pessoalmente e nos deixou um delicioso espumante e petiscos para aperitivo. Saímos de lá já com vontade de voltar. Muito obrigada, Roberta!

Appartamento super! Molto gradevole nell’arredamento, super accessoriato, anche oltre le aspettative (per fare solo un esempio in bagno oltre all’asciugacapelli era presente anche una piastra e un arricciacapelli). Molto pulito, caldo e accogliente. Letti comodi, anche se non molto grandi, con lenzuola di ottima qualità. Nel mio caso è stata fornita una culla per un bebè e sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita nel trovare anche un fasciatoio in vimini molto carino con una confezione di salviettine umidificate, un gesto davvero gentile. Posizione ottima per visitare la città e presenza di un parcheggio a pagamento nelle vicinanze.

Unica pecca: ascensore con entrata un po’ piccola che non mi ha consentito di accedere con il passeggino ma l’appartamento è solo al primo piano, quindi non è stato un grosso problema.

La decoración del departamento es hermoso. Aún mejor que las fotos. El recibimiento y la disponibilidad de la propietaria es fantástico. Es extremadamente limpio Las 3 habitaciones muy bien decoradas. Los baños son más amplios que en las fotos. Mi vuelo salía a las 7 am y no había problema de irme antes del horario de salida que estipula en la reserva. Pedí autorización a la propietaria de ingresar a la tarde con mis amigos para tomarnos un café, luego del recorrido turístico. Y me aceptó. Mis amigos quedaron fascinados con las comodidades del departamento. También quieren reservar para un futuro. Tiene un parking pago a 200 metros. 20€ por 24h. Es difícil estacionar el auto en Treviso por lo tanto, tener un parking cerca, es sumamente apreciable. Volvería miles de veces! Otra cosa. Del departamento hasta el centro. Sólo son unas cuadras. Unos 400 metros. Está muy bien ubicado!!

Eine Wohlfühloase im schönen Treviso!

Wir haben uns das Apartment für eine Geschäftsreise gebucht. Jeder hatte sein separates Zimmer und durch die 2 großen Bäder kamen wir uns nicht in die Quere. Nach einem harten Arbeitstag war es schön "nach Hause" zu kommen, und es war alles vorhanden was wir zum Wohlfühlen brauchten. Kaffee, Wasser und sogar Prosecco zur Begrüßung standen bereit. Die Wohnung war warm, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es war alles blitzeblank und die Betten waren ein Traum. In wenigen Minuten ist man in der hübschen Innenstadt oder am Bahnhof um von dort aus Ausflüge nach Venedig zu starten. Ganz in der Nähe vom Apartment ist ein kleines Parkhaus, was man nutzen sollte wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. (21€ am Tag). Eine tolle Unterkunft die wir 100% ig weiter empfehlen können. Grazie Roberta!

Das warme Wasser war nach 2x Duschen alle. Für uns war das okay, für mehr als 3 Personen könnte das ein Problem sein.
