VILLA SALEYA with JACUZZI

Location, design, management

Overall, we had a lovely stay and really appreciated how warm and accommodating the staff were. They contacted us before arrival to check our timing and were kind enough to arrange an earlier check-in because we were travelling with our 11-month-old. The cleaning staff were also incredibly friendly and always took the time to say hello and play with our baby, which made the stay feel very welcoming. The villa itself was beautiful and spacious, and we really enjoyed the open layout. The pool and jacuzzi were both lovely, and the location was very convenient, with cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

There were, however, a few areas that could use some improvement. Some parts of the villa felt a little worn. One of the entrance doors did not close properly unless it was locked with the key, which became inconvenient when going in and out. The bathtub was beautiful and very large, but unfortunately the hot water ran out after filling only about a quarter of it, so we were never really able to make full use of it. The kitchen was probably the biggest downside for us. We understand that many guests may prefer to eat out, but because we were travelling with a baby, having a properly equipped kitchen was important. A number of basic utensils were missing, including a proper cooking knife, which we had to request. One of the stove burners also was not working properly and needed to be repaired during our stay. The pans were also very worn and scratched. If a villa is advertised as having a full kitchen, I think the utensils and cookware should be in good enough condition for guests to comfortably prepare meals. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed the villa overall. The staff, pool, jacuzzi, spacious layout and convenient location were definitely the highlights.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Saleya! 🥰 The villa is stunning, beautifully designed, spacious and incredibly peaceful. Everything was so clean and thoughtfully arranged, and it had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We especially loved the privacy and the beautiful surroundings. It felt like a real little escape, while still being in a great location. The villa was even more beautiful in person than in the photos, and we genuinely didn’t want to leave! 🤍 We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Villa Saleya to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing place to stay in Bali. ✨

Honestly, there wasn’t anything we didn’t like about our stay. We absolutely loved the villa and had such a wonderful experience. We were genuinely sad to leave! 🥰
