The house was beautiful.

Villa itself was stunning and very well set up

Villa is amazing, but a few things that need to be looked into and fixed in our view are: 1) Villa needs a doorbell. The hosts whilst lovely, walked in on us everyday without notice and this was unacceptable and an we felt like an invasion of out privacy. 2) The hosts turn off the aircon every day (during clean) and means we come back to a hot villa. We feel for the price we pay, air con should remain on. 3) The hot water supply (tank) need to be larger as our family of 4 could not all shower with hot water. 4) We advised the hosts (and sent our passports as proof) of 2 x milestone birthdays we'd be celebrating during our stay. They acknowledged this, but nothing was done. At this price point (and during other stays we have had for birthdays) the property would always do something special (like left a note, or cake etc) We feel at this price point, our request for a special birthday should have been actioned.
