Everything was wonderful! We met with attendant for keys and a run down of rental. Even though there was a language barrier we still were able to communicate with the use of Google translate. It was very smooth and to the point. We kept in contact through the what's app but didn't really need anything after first visit. Thank you for a lovely stay! I apologize i thought this review was sent already! The apartment was very comfortable and we really like the location! The Japanese restaurant right by is very nice too! The bed is very comfortable! The ac perfect! We didn't use the kitchen but it was well stocked for use. The place is clean and modern and we felt safe. The view from the balconies are of the city hustle and bustle which you'd think it'd be noisy but it was very peaceful even with construction outside. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again! The pictures are accurate of what is offered.

Location was great for us, we could walk 10-15 minutes in any direction and get to all the main attractions to be seen in Napoli. The apartment itself is well appointed with two large TVs and a utility room with a modern combined washing machine/dryer. Aside from the main bathroom with shower, the utility has its own sink and toilet too making it good for families. The decor is modern and of high quality, and with a high quality kitchenette having a dishwasher, oven and large fridge freezer which we found useful for keeping bottled water and local fruits cool. We were met by a representative who was helpful, and friendly. They took their time to show us around the apartment and its features and arranged a day to come clean midway through our 7 night stay - this cleaning was included in the price of the apartment. There are two nice balconies and the physical security of the apartment is excellent with either building security guard, or heavy wooden doors locked to prevent access during evening hours. The apartment itself has a very high security lock and we felt that our personal belongings would be very safe during our stay when unattended.

The shower collected water a little in the bottom, so you had to be careful that it didn’t leak out the door. There are toiletries supplied, but these are in small bottles so we picked up our own shower gel to use during the stay. There really isn’t much to criticise about the apartment but the only other thing would be shelf space in the bathroom - it could do with somewhere to put bottles whilst in the shower and to hang towels when getting out - either some hooks on the door or a rack, although there is a tall towel radiator, it wasn’t enough for all the towels.

Очень не удобная квартира, нет крючков для полотенец, душевая кабина с плохим сливом, нет кофемашины, нет соли, посуды мало, места для хранения мало. Сильно слышно улицу. Я очень не доволен.
