The property is well located, a few minutes' walk from the port and from the metro stations as well. You also have a direct bus link from the airport. The property is located in a building with lift access, where you need to pay 20 cents with a coin on working days between 7.30 AM and 8.00 PM each time you use the lift. The apartment itself was clean, with an excellent view of the port. One of our morning routines was to see different ships every day; it was really nice. The apartment also has a kitchen with almost all the equipment. The AC and balcony were nice throughout the summer. The best part is our host, Massimo. He was excellent. Always helped us whenever we needed, always available for any inquiries, and was so polite. Even let us keep our luggage in the storage room after check out because our flight was in the evening. Would definitely stay here again when I come back.

It was a bit noisy from the traffic below. I can understand a bit, as the main road is just next to the building, so yeah, it made our first few nights horrible, but I got used to it later. Another issue was that there were no power outlets for laptops, as they only had standard C-type outlets, not the larger ones used for laptops.

Ausstattung - modern, Küche - für ein studio voll OK, Balkon - groß , zum Frühstücken und Nacht- Betrachtungen von Hafen-leben - überraschend groß . Sehr sicheres Gefühl zum Wohnen - Consierge service tagsüber - eine extra Tür vom Treppenhaus zu den Zimmern - sichere ,Straße . Die Aussicht auf Vesuv, sauberer Aufzug in den 6 Stockwerk - alles in Allem - sehr gutes Preis - Leistungs Verhältnis . Ich habe dort gern gewohnt. 9*9

Dauer Straßenlärm im Hintergrund, in der Nacht deutlich ruhiger. Aber das ist Neapel - wer Ruhe zwischendurch braucht - der geht seinen Morgen- Kaffee trinken ins Palazzo Venezia ( in der Altstadt ) - im/ ersten Stockwerk gibt es einen uralten Garten mit Vögelgezwitschere, der wird sie begeistern.
