HANASTAY花渓居 野田Noda

The property was well equipped with all the needed utensils and appliances. The apartment was very clean and the check-in instructions were clear and detailed.

The stairs were steep if traveling with someone elderly or with Back problems.

The location was great, close to local and main stations, and nearby Wiste mall has restaurants, food/dollar shops, kids play centre and Aeon dept. store. It is looking clean and has 2 toilets and 1 shower, good size dining table, but maybe better if it's a round shaped one. All 4 ACs work fine and well needed for the warm weather.

The second bedroom with tatami smells a bit musty after a while and the sliding door was creaking a lot. Also need more hanging place/hooks near the bathroom. The washing machine doesn't come with manual, hard to understand or operate, and doesn't dry properly even after 150 min. The laundry need to be hung to air dry or put inside overnight on hanging rack under the AC to dry. The top floor balcony is wet and slippery from the AC water outlet and rain water pools up not getting drained properly. However, there is vacant lot next to it being demolished and later for construction work, so the first day we heard and felt the loud banging as they are doing work. The stairs are steep and impossible to move luggages we have upstairs so we have to use the tiny living area for luggages. It is not a child friendly property, even for my teens.

Great location, really great size property for the price, well stocked for what we needed. Perfect, would stay again.

Would like some multi-lingual instructions available for the washing machine as we found it difficult to operate.

元々予定していた施設の不具合で急遽止めさせていただきましたが、価格に対しての部屋の広さとベッド数、綺麗さなどは良かったと感じます。

タオルが少し臭う、チェックアウト時刻10分前ぐらいから施設前に清掃スタッフが来て、立っている。3分前に出た時に門扉を開けて待っているためドアと接触する。施設の良い悪い以前に清掃員が気になります(タオル含め)。 また、おそらくですが、3階ベッド頭もとのコンセントが壊れている気がします。充電できなかったので扉から電源を引っ張りました。
