We took a short 2 night trip to Branson and was trying to do it on a small budget. Found this hotel and am glad we did. Room was clean, have to look past the cosmetic stuff as we were only there to sleep. Had a good breakfast my son enjoyed. We were on the 3rd floor and noise was minimal, there is an elevator. Lady at the front desk is only staff I met and she was nice and friendly. We went to White water while in town stayed extra busy so thankfully that helped my kids not be disappointed the pool wasn't open Memorial Weekend. Definitely will stay again and recommend.

We enjoyed a very nice stay at this property. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for us, and the price was excellent. I highly recommend!

Don't go. The pool was emptied and drained with crap all over the grounds. The so called breakfast was also awful. No fresh fruit, no bananas, or anything. There was a waffle maker there with syrup but no waffle mix anywhere. The office person said they just opened a couple of weeks ago and that was a lie. There were signs all over not to take any food to rooms. There was no food to take.
