The Manager asking us for Security Deposit when we had already paid that through Booking.com

Overall is ok, clean and in order.
We made our booking just as required by Booking.com, but then the host came with extra requirements: deposit must now be done via another platform, I refused as it may be a scam. Because I prefer to give the deposit in cash as per Booking.com the host deducted R150 for manager to come and collect the deposit.
The kitchen is tired and need some renovation, not enough kitchen equipment.
Very noisy neighbourhood: lot of noise from other apartments and scary people entering and leaving. I will not recommend it to a family.
Some gym equipments are broken.
