外面大馬路就是路面電車搭乘處，住家後方有當地超市，生活機能很好，距離鬧區狸小路搭路面電車也只有幾站距離，搭計程車也不貴。屋主很貼心會盡力協助房客解決問題，回覆也很快速，中文也能溝通無礙。下次還要再來住宿
沒有不喜歡的，不過如果可以提供更多衣架（非塑膠的）會更棒，冬天用電量比較高偶爾同時開啟電器產品會導致跳電，但是重新啟動總開關就好，建議屋主可以加大或將用電量大的獨立一個電箱開關。門口感應燈可以改善，反應不是太靈敏，因為門口有階梯加上不是太平整會有跌傷的風險
