Disappointing unfortunately for a big problem with the boiler in the kitchen.

The apartment is new, newly refurbished. It was clean but not spotless.

Unfortunately we had a big problem with the boiler that stopped working and started leaking badly all over the kitchen. The manager of the property was at the beginning slightly reluctant to help then eventually sent someone to check the problem that could not be fixed. We stayed there two nights and didn’t have hot water for showers. We were promised a refund but haven’t received anything yet.

Casa molto bella, luminosa, pulita e ben tenuta. Host molto presente e attento alla qualità del soggiorno.

Trovare il bidet non funzionante (capita,sfortuna) ma non essere avvisato. la mancanza di sapone per la lavastoviglie. Non c’erano gli stracci in cucina per asciugarsi e abbiamo dovuto utilizzare carta. Dettagli

Un ático, piso 5º sin ascensor, pero con bonita terraza.

La terraza es espectacular, aunque casi no pudimos aprovecharla. Cerca de la estación de tren.

Un piso 5º sin ascensor, y no lo indica, que subiendo con las maletas pone a prueba la forma física de cualquiera. La ducha no tenía mampara, si no una antihigienica cortina de "tela" , daba grima.

Soggiorno deludente

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia nella struttura e non ne siamo rimasti contenti: unica nota positiva la posizione e la terrazza, che tuttavia non valgono la cifra pagata.

Poi il resto deludente; il servizio clienti manca di capacità risolutiva e contatto con il cliente: alla richiesta di leggera flessibilità nell'orario di check in o quantomeno di un appoggio x i bagagli, la risposta è stata negativa; a quella di un consiglio per gli stabilimenti balneari in zona hanno risposto di cercare su internet. Si e' verificata una perdita al bidet e la risposta è stata "mandate un video.... pensavamo di aver risolto il guasto ma evidentemente no, ma poichè tuttavia è agosto dovete stare così". A quel punto abbiamo chiesto un tappeto o alcuni asciugamani per tamponare il pavimento che ad ogni utilizzo si allagava e c'è stata reticenza, quasi meraviglia, ma alla fine li hanno concessqi. A livello di pulizia, la valutazione è insufficiente sia per la doccia, il cui scarico era maleodorante, che per i pavimenti, per la biancheria fornita, macchiata ed insufficiente per il soggiorno, infine per la presenza di polvere in generale, con pezzi che svolazzavano nelle stanze.

Appartamento luminoso, spazioso, ben tenuto e con arredi moderni. Bellissimo terrazzo, buona copertura Wi-Fi, vicino alla stazione (ma i treni sono quasi impercettibili), a 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia
