Posizione strategica, proprio nel budello di Varazze e a pochi metri dal mare. Appartamento moderno e funzionale. Proprietari disponibili. Torneremo sicuramente. Consigliato.

Wohnung in super Lage!
Die Lage ist spitze! Ein paar Schritte vom Strand entfernt und gleich bei den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der kleinen Strasse der Stadt. Die Betten waren angezogen. Es gibt einen TV mit Netflix Option und eine Nespressomaschine. Die Besitzer haben sich immer sehr schnell gemeldet und sind sehr hilfsbereit.
In der Ausschreibung ist von einem Kaffee die Rede. In Wahrheit aber ist unten eine Bar mit Restaurant und Aussensitzplatz. Ist diese Bar geöffnet, ist es laut bis ca. 01.30 Uhr. Die Küche war für uns etwas spartanisch eingerichtet. Kein Schwingbesen, kein Sieb, keine Kanne für Tee, keine Teetassen... Die Matratze im grossen Bett ist durchgelegen. Es fehlen zusätzliche Decken, wenn es im Frühling, oder Herbst kälter ist. Aussicht ist keine vorhanden. Man sieht bei jedem Fenster an die nächste Hausmauer. Möchte jemand die Wohnung etwas geniessen würde ich sie nicht empfehlen. Ist man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist es ok.

Appartement idéal pour visiter Genova tout en étant à la mer.
Nous avons effectué notre arrivée en toute autonomie. La veille nous avons reçu toutes les instructions par WhatsApp dans un document traduit parfaitement en Français. Le parking est très utile. Nous avons rendu l' appartement à 10h et nous avons pu laisser la voiture toute la journée. Pour monter à l' appartement il y a un petit escalier, cela est très facile. L' appartement est situé dans une zone piétonne et nous avons marché avec les bagages du parking à l' apparemment cela se fait facilement. L' appartement est très bien localisé avec un carrefour express à côté, café et restaurant à proximité. Pour la plage juste la rue à traverser et la balade au port juste à côté. Cette petite ville est très agréable et la gare est très proche pratique pour aller à Genova. L' appartement est à côté de l' église donc pas la peine d avoir un réveil car tout les jours à 8h cela sonne le soir après 20h cela s arrête. Nous ne sommes restés que 2 jours et nous n'avons pas utilisé la cuisine. L' appartement est bien organisé avec le coin salon et cuisine et les 2 chambres. Les lits sont confortables. Appartement très agréable et bien localisé
Nous avons l habitude de dormir dans le noir et les volets laisse traverser la lumière. Donc des double rideau ou des rideaux occultant seraient les bienvenus. Au niveau du bruit les fenêtres sont bien isolées seulement il se peut que vous entendiez le bruit des voisins ou des personnes discutant dans la rue. Cela ne nous a pas dérangé car en début d' avril il y avait peu de monde.

Appartamento molto bello e luminoso, dotato di tutto quanto può servire. Ottima posizione a due passi dalla stazione di Varazze. Host molto gentili e disponibili.

Bella e piacevole vacanza lontani dallo smog della grande città
Premessa : noi siamo una coppia over 70 e il soggiorno è stato dall'11 gennaio al 25 gennaio . Quindi abbiamo molto apprezzato la tranquillità. La vicinanza alla lunga passeggiata sul lungomare. Il posto auto riservato anche se non vicinissimo all'abitazione ( 300m) La vicinanza alla stazione senza che il passaggio dei treni crei disturbo. La casa che aveva tutto quello che a noi serviva e in ottime condizioni. La possibilità di spostarsi in treno per visitare ad esempio Genova o altre località . I molti negozi aperti e il personale gentile.

Posizione perfetta, sia per il centro che per la spiaggia. Alloggio dotato di tutti i servizi, pulitissimo e curato ancora meglio di come viene descritto. Veloce e ben spiegato il chek in. Ottimo il parcheggio, gentilissima la signora

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft im Zentrum von Varazze.
Das Appartment ist sehr neu und sauber. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer, eine Küche mit Wohnbereich und ein Bad. Sie liegt im ersten Stock, über dem Blackstone Cafe. Vor der Tür befindet sich die Fussgaengerzone. Geschäfte, Cafes und Restaurants gibt es in der nahen Umgebung. Zum Strand läuft man 100-200m. Für das Auto gibt es einen grossen und kostenfreien Parkplatz etwa 300m entfernt. Aussicht aus dem Fenster hat es nicht viel. Check-in ist via eine Schlüsselbox. Auch den Code für den Parkplatz bekommt man mitgeteilt.
