Die Terrasse war groß und gemütlich, die Aussicht gut. Die Wohnung ist geräumig. Die Betten waren frisch bezogen.
Die Wohnung war nicht frisch gereinigt, es war staubig, die Glastür und die Spiegel waren schmutzig. Der Staubsauger war nicht benutzbar. Die Kücheneinrichtung bzw. das Essgeschirr war nicht ausreichend, das Esstellerdekor kaum noch sichtbar, keine Salatteller und Müslischüsseln da.
