A szállás tisztassága, felszereltsége. A szállásadó segítőkészsége és kommunikációja. A helyi lakók is kedvesek segítőkészek voltak, gyalog is jól meglehetett közelíteni a boltokat, vasutállomást, alapvetően amire szükség volt.
A környék, a lakótelep ijesztő volt, A harmadik emelet és a lift hiánya.

Das Appartement ist geräumig, sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und ruhig. Das Personal schien auch sehr nett zu sein.
Wir haben nur drei Sachen zu bemängeln:
1. Die Lage bzw. die Gegend.
2. Die zu vielen Treppen. Das Appartement ist nämlich im 3. Obergeschoss ohne Aufzug und
3. Die defekte Duschkopfhalterung.

Podstawowe wyposażenie, kapsułki do kawy, herbata, mąka przybory toaletowe i kuchenne. Mikrofalówka, toster. Wyposażenie generalne na plus.
Stary budynek po remoncie z zewnątrz, czego rezerwując nie wiedzialam ponieważ nie było zdjęć. Nie zachęcał w każdym razie. Meble w środku w miarę nowe ale budownictwo stare, ściany bez gładzi. Pokój wypełniał dziwny zapach jakby stęchlizny, sufit w pleśni bądź grzybie może stąd ten zapach. To był ostatni mój nocleg w tym miejscu.
