The appartment is quite old but very modern equipped It was nice to have bathtub

We didn’t understand why there is just one key for the main door for all the quests, luckily it happened only once that there was no key. It was highly uncomfortable.

There didn't seem to be anything saying how to access wifi, so couldn't use it. I couldn't find anything in the paperwork sent.

Хороше місцерозташування в тихому місці і разом з тим в пішій доступності до центру, паркінг прямо під вікнами, головне потрапити до кінця робочого дня, щоб було вільне місце біля підʼїзду. Трохи незрозуміло було з ключами в сейфі і номером квартири (в сейфі декілька ключів і треба взяти лише один, а номер квартири треба уважно дивитись в інструкції, бо я була не дуже уважна і ломилась в чужі двері). В квартирі є всі зручності і достатньо посуду і рушників, чиста постіль. Є посудомийна і пральна машина. Вцілому все було добре і контакт з власником був на гарному рівні. Дякуємо, нашій родині з 2 дітьми було у вас добре.

В туалеті було холодно, квартира трохи застаріла (двері, планування, вікно між туалетом і ванною) трохи нагадало мені стиль ссср, але це просто моє враження, а не зауваження до власника.

The stay wasn’t great overall, but the main positives were the very comfortable bath tub, great and really comfy bed and the good location, especially for grocery shopping and access to nearby amenities.

Overall, this was a disappointing stay. The building is old and the whole place gives the impression of something superficially polished rather than genuinely well maintained. Cleanliness was poor — there was mold and spiders in the toilet, the second bed was not made, and a bedsheet was missing. The pre-arrival process was extremely frustrating. Before check-in, we had to fill out a long and intrusive form, entering every guest one by one, including ID card numbers, expiry dates, and other personal details. It felt excessive, inconvenient, and completely unnecessary from a guest experience perspective. There were also no proper instructions in the apartment. For example, the Wi-Fi password was nowhere to be found. This was especially annoying because the host sends multiple long welcome messages claiming to be available online or by phone, but when we actually called, nobody answered and nobody called us back. Another thing that felt very inappropriate was the message before check-out asking guests to deal with any issues directly with the host, but if everything was “okay”, to leave a 10/10 review on Booking. In my opinion, this clearly distorts the ratings and makes the property look much better than the actual experience deserves.
