Ali, the business's owner, is very friendly and strives to do everything to the best. The room is, like in pictures, quite large; there is always hot water, and it is regularly cleaned. It is in a very central location; there are restaurants nearby where you can get breakfast for 100 EGP (El-Khozodar), and there are numerous food options. La Casetta is a decent restaurant nearby, and Burger Republic serves quality hamburgers. Many coffee shops are easily accessible. I was extremely pleased. Thank you.
Unfortunately, there are beggars on the roads, and sometimes it can be annoying.

Bathrooms smelly, the shower was flowing directly on the bathroom floor! No Shower basin.
