Location
Noise in the evening disturbing my sleep..noises of loud music and maintenance. checkout was 12:00 noon and receiption wakes me at 8:00 am by keep rining the phone... Hotel even disconnect room TV from my room two hour before checkout ... I informed but no one came till I left... Luckly they didnt disconnect AC..

The hotel location is great and the staff were amazing, the rooms are clean but the bathrooms are in need of renovation work and/or an upgrade.
We asked for an earlier breakfast but were not accommodated, the street entrance is very dirty, the elevators were not working properly during my stay and finally there was some construction work ongoing that made it very noisy.

1.المكان المخصص للمطعم ضيق 2.للاسف اكتشفت ان احد طاقم النظافة يشارك في اعداد الافطار، 3.في يوم انسددت فتحة تصريف دورة المياه. 4.تعلق المصعد مرتين في الاداور العلوية وانتظرت اسفل قرابة العشر دقائق الى ان يصل. علما ان هناك مصعدين في المبنى. 5.باب البلكونة معطل وقمت باغلاقه بالادراج.
