The location of the apartment and its setup is amazing! Plenty of extra towels and sheets which was great. Domina has everything you need on site, with a short walk to some mini markets. The downstairs has free croissants and coffee which was great, but the food isn’t available super early so we had some other breakfast on hand. Marco was very communicative and helpful. 5 minute walk down to the beach and the reception at Elisir is very helpful!

The WiFi in the apartment could be stronger.

El apartamento es amplio y está dentro del complejo Domina Coral Bay, con acceso a sus instalaciones y a la playa.

Es importante aclarar que no es una suite gestionada directamente por el resort Domina Coral Bay, sino un apartamento privado dentro del complejo. Esto cambia la experiencia, ya que la gestión y la atención no corresponden al estándar de un resort de esa categoría. La comunicación fue escasa y la recepción poco profesional. El complejo en general necesita mantenimiento y la relación calidad-precio no está a la altura de lo que se anuncia. OJO: Además, días después de realizar la reserva se cargó en mi tarjeta un suplemento por mascota que nunca solicité. Este cargo lo gestionó directamente el alojamiento y provocó una actualización al alza del precio inicial. Aunque Booking me indicó que me devolverían los 250 € cobrados de más, tuve que llamar en varias ocasiones hasta que finalmente se resolvió la situación. Fue una gestión innecesariamente complicada.
