The host, Marwan, is a nice and generous host. The rooms are ok.

There is a bad smell from the shower.

A modern and well equipped apartment, located in a condominium which circles large and well-maintained swimmingpools and a beautiful string of greenery. Bed comfort was good, aircons worked fine and the security staff was both efficient and friendly. Common areas always kept clean. Overall, the internet connection worked very well and speed was good. The apartment rent provides you with free access to Sinbad Beach, with sunchairs and other services. This beach is located a little less than 2 kms away. We often took a taxi there in the morning (max USD 2) to arrive early and walked back (approx 20 minutes) in the afternoon. Marwan was a fantastic host, always responsive and forthcoming. He helped us with a taxi upon arrival and was waiting at the compound with the keys. To our surprise he had even ordered a full dinner waiting for us in the apartment, which was very much appreciated. Sharm Hills is located at some distance from the city and is a very quiet area. Some shops (and a pharmacy) are located within or very close to the compound, but for a better assortment of food stuff you'd rather take a taxi some kilometres away to the next real supermarket.

- For people like us, who like to cook, the assortment of kitchen utensils should be updated and complemented. - More information on restaurants for takeaway orders would be useful, as well as information on some other available beaches.

The property is located 12-14min ride from SHH airport The rooms are very spacious, well presented and equipped Wifi is working very good What i like the most is the host Marwan. He is responsible, extremely kind and has a genuine good heart. He is the most generous and kindest person i have ever met while in Egypt (it is my 3rd time visit, each time spending 2-3 weeks) I now feel i have a family in Sharm.
