The property location, Parking facility and lawn in front of the room are really nice.
Everything is fine but i would like to request the property management to check and replace the beds Because I can feel the springs inside the bed on my back. It keeps remember me something is under my bed not feeling comfortable while sleeping.( note :this issue is in the room which is allotted for me I am not sure about other rooms)
Other things are very good.

The view from the property is very good. You can see the whole Ooty town. The breakfast buffet was good (not included in the price, need to pay additional).
The good and neat rooms they are giving only to couples only, even though it was vacant. I went with my cousin and we got a basic room and the charges were high also. And our window doors locks were broken and it was tied with steel wire. Bedsheets were having stain.
