The price, bed
It is a room shares with other tenants in the house which seems to be long term tenants or house owner.

Great location with easy off-street parking in front yard. 6min walk to great Nepalese cafe for breakfast, lunch or dinner (closed Sundays). 7min walk to major shopping centre.
the electronic keypad locks can be a bit tricky at first.

The room was very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, with shops conveniently nearby. The owner was very responsive and friendly, making the stay even better.
We initially booked just one night but ended up staying for nine, which says a lot! Despite the low reviews, we were pleasantly surprised, it felt like a home with all its facilities. I’ve spent much more on places that didn’t offer the same comfort, and even campgrounds can cost the same or more.
While our room was very clean, the kitchen and bathroom could have been better maintained. The shower curtain had some mold spots (an easy fix), and some kitchen appliances were quite dirty.
There was also a dog on the property, he’s friendly, but during the first few nights, he barked a lot at night, making it hard to sleep. Once he found his way into our room, it was difficult to get him out. It didn’t feel like the best setup for a dog without its owner.
