The apartment was incredibly pleasant and peaceful. It offers a fantastic view over all of Nice, the sea, and the mountains. The location is wonderful, and everything is very convenient. The apartment itself has everything needed for a comfortable stay: an amazing terrace and breathtaking views from every room 🙂. It was clean and fully equipped with everything necessary for both everyday living and relaxation. It was also very convenient that the property offers private parking for a car, as well as access to a swimming pool, which can be used for an additional fee. We arrived late at night and were welcomed by a very friendly young man, Baptiste, who showed us around and explained everything. A lovely surprise was the delicious local wine and a tasty treat waiting for us in the apartment upon arrival. We were extremely satisfied with the staff and impressed by how quickly and efficiently they responded to all our requests. Special thanks to the cleaning lady as well. Everyone was wonderful, and we will definitely come back ❤️

The biggest drawback was that we enjoyed the apartment so much that we never wanted to leave! 😊 The breathtaking panoramic view over all of Nice and the large terrace surrounding the entire apartment made it an ideal place to relax and unwind.

The rental agency (Riviera) were very kind to deliver the keys and give us a tour of the apartment. The wraparound balcony with tables and seating provides great views of the city center (in the distance), the lower Alps and the Mediterranean. It is a very nice apartment in a good building with onsite security and a parking spot included in the price in the underground garage. There are electric shutters that completely darken the whole apartment, very nice if you want to sleep late. The full bathroom is upscale and their is a second room with a toilet and sink. Towns like Cannes, Grasse, the Alps and Monte Carlo are quite close to Nice and they are short drives. Nice is a beautiful city with many restaurants and bars, a fortress and delightful Old Town. There is a city bus stop quite close to the apartment entrance if you prefer not to drive. Wifi worked well and the only TV is in the smaller bedroom but free programming is limited. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Belles Terres in Nice.

Use of the pool and pool towels are not included in the price of the rental but are available at additional cost per person. As this is an apartment there is no breakfast included however there is a full kitchen with stove, fridge, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, etc. to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. This is an expensive property and I did expect some of the amenities like towels, sheets and pillows to be of better quality and more than one pillow per bed space, There are two pillows only per bed, so if you want to sit up and read or watch TV it is very difficult. There was no hair dryer. There is a washer but no dryer, although there is a drying rack on the balcony. The kitchen and some of the furniture is from IKEA. The building is at the top of a hill and it takes a good 5 to 10 minutes to drive up or down the hill on some narrow roads to get to a main road. During the week there is traffic getting on tothe main roads. Google Maps figures it out well though.

Limpeza. Apartamento sem limpeza cuidada. Os eletrodomésticos estavam sujos, as roupas de cama pouco higienizadas e a varanda exterior com falta de manutenção. O apartamento tem muito potencial, no entanto, esta parte tem sido descorada. As camas de um dos quartos são desconfortáveis.
