Saballie - Cosy cabin - sunny location!

Lovely cabin with loads of space. Nice and quiet location, very close to Geilo center. Very warm. Recommend 100%.

The property is managed by a company. On the day of our arrival, after I called them, I was told that the reservation was cancelled. Turns out booking.com made a double reservation but nobody spotted there was something wrong even though I exchanged messages with the company two days earlier. It was Easter and the stress was a lot. Problem was resolved but then I kept getting standardized messages so there was no personal touch at all. I even asked for recommendations but none were given. During our last night there was a storm and some heavy snowing. After I let the property know, the message I received was that I have to book a late check out if I want to stay longer, without any empathy. Even though I recommend the hytta, I will not be returned because of the communication with the company.

Very quiet and beautiful location just 6 km away from Geilo with nice views (we had a car), great living room with the fireplace, cosy interior, enough space for everyone, and of course a sauna!

Bed mattress was not very comfortable.
