The location of this property is absolutely outstanding - in the old town section and close to every place centrally you would wish to visit. We had a small issue but the communications with the office were good and things were effectively sorted The wattsapp instruction videos on finding the keys and the lockbox were a great idea

It would have helped to have a few instructions on how to operate things in the property - The aircon, the halogen cooker and although we didn't try it, the TV

Très bel appartement, très bien équipé, bonne literie, situé à deux pas de la cathédrale. Le plus est la terrasse privative !

Seul bémol : difficultés à ouvrir la serrure de la porte de l'immeuble

We've been visiting Seville for the last 10 years and sadly we wouldn't return to this apartment. Whilst it's location is great the furnishings need replacing. The sofa armchair should be the first to go (awful condition), quickly followed by the sunloungers. These were the most uncomfortable loungers with no cushions and just cheap hard plastic. The kitchen is tiny, height restricted and poorly stocked. This could be such a great apartment but sadly the owner hasn't upgraded it. Just need to fully refresh lounge furniture, wholly renovate that roof terrace and make sure everything works.
