Die Lage dieser Unterkunft ist gewissermaßen optimal. Sie befinden sich mitten im Barrio und wenn Sie aus dem Fenster nach links blicken, dann sehen Sie in geringer Entfernung die Giralda. Zu erwähnen ist auch der sehr schöne Patio des historischen Gebäudes. In der Nähe der Unterkunft befinden sich zahlreiche Bars und Geschäfte. Sie sind mittendrin! Dennoch war es in der Nacht sehr ruhig.
Die Ausstattung ist eher spartanisch. Die Küche in einer Art Wandschrank versteckt. Der winzige Balkon ist nicht nutzbar, da dort die Wärmepumpe der Klimaanlage aufgestellt ist.

La ubicacion muy bien, en medio del centro historico. El edificio es viejo, bastante bien conservado. El apartamento es un monoambiente amplio y bien ventilado, el bano está remodelado.El anfitrion correcto, pero seco.
El mobiliario y los adornos podrían estar mejor. Quitaría adornos y algunos muebles que están de más. El menage podría estar mejor, mas nuevo. Es importante tener en cuenta que si vas en auto debes contemplar el costo adicional del parking y que el mismo está como a unos 700 metros.

La posizione è perfetta, in pieno centro (dalla finestra si vede la Cattedrale!!!). La struttura è bella, la camera è grande, al piano terra è presente un piccolo patio molto carino. Il rapporto qualità prezzo, per Siviglia, è ottimo.
Il bagno è un po' piccolo, è presente la vasca invece di una doccia. In generale la struttura è un po' vecchiotta.

La localización. El cuarto de baño estaba bien.
La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. El protector del colchón estaba totalmente lleno de manchas enormes que se veían a través de las sábanas, tuve que avisar al propietario, el cual enseguida solucionó el problema. No había cubiertos suficientes en la cocina.
