Everthing was great

Home was nice and clean.

Host controlled thermostat, family was cold at night.

Spacious and clean

The host was disrespectful and invaded my privacy. Checking in pretending to check the front door and sending someone to get things from the closet. The host excused me of things, demanded me to FaceTime the inside of her property, told me that she thought I had a party and destroyed her house. I explained to her that some of my family came bye to visit me, which I had already mentioned them to her in a text and I asked her to give them access to come through the security gate. The security guards were rude to my family and refused to grant them access to visit. The security guards told me that the owner didn’t add them access. I had to call the host serval times to correct the this situation to give my family access to visit me. I was so disappointed in my host because I never had to go through this situation before since I been a member of booking.com for over ten years.
