La entrega de llaves no se realizó de la forma que me habían notificado el día anterior. Tuvimos que llamar por teléfono y nos dieron otra ubicación para conseguir las llaves de entrada al edificio y al apartamento.

Not a lot of natural light

The apartment is nice and modern, with all the amenities. Great location, within walking distance from the train station, but also the city center, with nice restaurants right around the corner. I also appreciated the customer support, they responded promptly even at 11pm on a Saturday.

First issue: the apartment hadn't been cleaned when we arrived. The bed sheets were clean, but otherwise the floors were not vacuumed or mopped, there were dust bunnies on the night stands, crumbles on the couch, hair in the shower. 'Funny' though that there's a message on the door saying that you can get fined if you don't keep the apartment clean, but in our case it wasn't clean to begin with. We cleaned it up as much as we could, we also contacted the support and they sent somebody the next day who mopped the floors. Sincere appreciation here to the person answering the chat and doing problem solving at a late hour. Second issue: there was no hot water. When we contacted the support, we learned there's a water heater and just needed to give it some time. Here's my recommendation: it would be much more helpful to have a note that lets the customers know there's a boiler so they can plan accordingly, instead of that note with the fine. Last thing: when you first get there, you have to press a button on their website to open the main door to the building, and then get the keys. Of course, in my case, the button didn't work. I called the support and they responded promptly and opened the door remotely, but still, imagine you get there tired after a long trip, or it's raining, or you don't have coverage, and the button doesn't work. Here's my recommendation for this as well: please don't use a software solution if you can't validate that the function executed successfully or without some retry mechanism. It may look cool, but sometimes the simplest physical solutions are just more practical.
