The location is great! My family can easily walk to Hy-Vee and downtown Ames. There’s also a bus stop right in front of the house, which makes it very convenient to get to ISU. Overall, it’s a cute and cozy place to stay in Ames.
The only small issues are that the stairs are a bit steep for my parents, and it would be better if there were more outlets.

Our stay in this house turned out to be really cozy and comfortable. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail - you feel the care and attention of the owners. The atmosphere of the old house filled our vacation with a special charm and created the feeling that we were visiting good friends or even staying at our own home.

I liked the charm of the house. Everything we needed was available and the hosts thought of everything to make our stay amazing. It’s a beautiful place. The house was close to all the restaurants and stores, but yet it was a quiet neighborhood.
There wasn’t anything that we could complain about. Just a great experience.
