Went to Ames for a football game. The unit was about a 15 minute walk from the door to our seats in the stadium which was awesome. Parking was so close and the unit on the first floor was awesome. The house had just about everything you need!
The beds were hard as rocks, the couch is literally held together with tape and flakes off everywhere. It also wasn’t comfortable to sit on. The windows desperately need a curtain. And the coffee maker needs to be cleaned, it was so dirty I wouldn’t use it. Overall none of these things ruined our stay and if we ever travel back to Ames we would stay here again.

Location great--close to stadium
Large space
Although we would choose to stay here again, there were several small maintenance issues that needed attending to that made certain parts of the stay inconvenient. The staff was very responsive to our questions and issues. We all found the beds to be very uncomfortable--unless you like a very, very firm (hard) mattress!

Convenient location. The parking was very close to the apartment -handy for getting our bags into the apartment. Large space with multiple bathrooms.
Wished there had been cable channels instead of only streaming services. If there was, it was unclear how to find it on the tv. Overall a good property.

I really liked the location, and the beds were comfy, and it was a spacious place.
How easy it was to pick up the keys.
The microwave was very dirty (there was a leftover in it).
The living room curtain was broken, so there was not much privacy. Everyone from the outside could see what was going on on the inside.
We had to park in the guest parking lot, because no one left the parking pass in the apartment.
The hallway Smelled like weed a lot.
