Our stay at Brown Suites Hotel was an excellent experience from beginning to end. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable, with spacious rooms and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help with recommendations and transportation. To mention juan de Dios, jordy very special services.
The location is convenient and close to restaurants, shopping areas, and popular attractions in Guatape, making it perfect for both business and leisure travel. The breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning, and the overall service exceeded our expectations.
We especially appreciated the attention to detail, cleanliness, and the feeling of safety and comfort throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Medellín and would gladly stay here again in the future.

The view from the room was superb, the staff very professional and polite (shoutout to Mateo). The outdoor pool was beautiful. Note that the jacuzzis need to be reserved ahead (1-hour slots). The room was perfect, very comfortable.
The included breakfast buffet had a lot of delicious options, and the restaurants also. The pizzas at the Praia restaurant are worth trying.
We experienced an earthquake while staying there. Somehow, the staff remained calm and helpful.
We loved our stay at The Brown, would 100% recommend.
