Adorable three bedroom cottage with open living/dining area- filled with beachy décor. Only .8 mile to popular Glendon beach on Nantucket Sound. Large deck with plenty of outdoor seating, wood fire pit, and gas grill. Other amenities include TVs in two bedrooms and living room (streaming services only), WIFI, mini split ac units in living room and bunk room, and washer/dryer.
Walking distance to seasonal favorites, including the Dog House, Chapins Fish and Chips beach bar, Bandera's, Southside Cantina, What's the Scoop ice cream, Cleat and Anchor, One Stop and the Sailing Cow! There is no shortage of options at this location!

Absolutely love this cottage! Felt at home immediately- liked it so much, that after only 2 days we went straight to the office and booked another week in September. And will definitely be staying here again next summer!

Our family stayed at this adorable home in August 2024. It was quite evident the owners take great pride in their home with their attention to detail, well stocked kitchen, comfy furniture, spacious outdoor shower, beautiful rear deck patio, and fire pit. We were a bit disappointed of the distance to the beach, it's not walkable with kids. Although, an easy bike ride to Joey's Pizza, Dog House, and Sundae School Ice Cream, which are all a must try. We had an amazing time at this property, and would recommend to friends and family.

Great location , beautiful house, lots of amenities,Great fire pit , back deck great for reading, love the outdoor shower.Ceiling fan in main bedroom needs noise fixed on higher speed, and side Gate latch wasn’t staying shut , but overall great great great house.Would recommend to family and friends, would rent again .
