About this house rental
Renovated cottage on a quiet, dead end street. Living room has vaulted ceiling with a flat-screen Smart TV and BlueRay disk player. One bedroom has queen bed while other bedroom has two sets of twin over twin bunk beds (sleeps 6). Full bathroom with shower. Indoor dining room with seating for six and a fully stocked kitchen round out the indoor spaces.
The backyard has grill, hammock, deck with dining table & chairs as well as a lounge area for relaxing or barbecuing. Enjoy the enclosed outdoor shower -- great for after a day at the beach. Guests also have access to a shed filled with beach chairs, a mat, cooler, and an all-terrain wagon to make beach days for families of all sizes a whole lot easier. Features amenities such as central air and heat, washer and dryer, cable TV (including NESN), and WiFi. Towels and linens are provided.
Cottage is in a great location — near Sea Street and West Dennis Beach, and just a short ride to Mayflower. Don’t want schlep your own bikes or kayaks into town? The cottage is crazy close to Barbara’s Bike Shop and the Nickerson Bike Trail entrance and Cape Cod Waterways on Swan River where you can rent kayaks and drop right in on the river. Walking distance to Woolfie’s Bakery and Scoops Ice Cream.
Looking for beaches? The cottage is a 15 minute walk (2 min drive) to Sea Street and Glendon Road Beaches, 3 miles from West Dennis Beach, and it’s just a short drive to Mayflower Beach.
Plenty of nearby activities like an inflatable park, go-karts, mini golf, as well as restaurants. Cottage also has board games, coloring books and play doh to keep little ones busy on slow mornings and rainy days.

The Wixom Cottage is a lovely Cape Cod stay. It is in a central location all venues. The cottage is clean. Linens & towels are clean. The cookware is new. All mattresses even the bunkbeds are very comfortable. The cable is good and the appliances all work great. The AC worked great. It is in a quiet neighborhood with flowering hydrangeas. Nicole is a lovely hostess who was kind, pleasant and attentive to all my questions. I highly recommend this cottage.

Clean well kept house with a nice deck . The grill was also excellent to have . Everyone in the neighborhood was friendly .

Super clean property, very nice house in the very middle of Dennis port! Beach and shops very close.

We fully enjoyed our stay at this meticulously clean, centrally located, and well appointed little cottage. The owner considerately thought of everything from bedroom fans to cozy blankets for the sofas!! We managed to check Whale Watching off of the bucket list! We look forward to visiting again!
