Welcome to Ocean Villa 1503!
You are going to love relaxing with stunning views of the beach. And listening to the sound of the surf while staying in this beautiful vacation home! This beachfront condo is located on the 15th floor of Ocean Villa and has unobstructed 180 degree views of the world renowned Emerald Coast. With an oversized balcony, you can enjoy your morning coffee with a view, as well as evening drinks, while you take in gorgeous sunsets or watch the storms roll in. I’ve even seen end-to-end double rainbows from this vantage point! You’ll fine lots of kid-friendly attractions and restaurants nearby, or, head down to one of the three pools, Jacuzzi, or the beach, via a private gate with direct beach access. The unit is spacious, with two bedrooms, each with en suite full bathrooms, and a sleeper sofa – the condo sleeps a total of six.
From 9/14/26 to 12/31/26 the resort will be doing balcony work and walkway work, here will be a possibility of noise and there will be workers and equipment present

We loved this place! It was clean and beautiful. The beds are super comfy. The balcony is very big and has lots of seating. The chair service was nice but it’s 9-5 so if you wanna stay later bring a chair. The kitchen had what we needed. Our only complaint was that the balcony door doesn’t lock and the floor made our socks dirty. Overall loved it and can’t wait to go back.

Clean great location privacy on balcony great view easy access to pool & beach .2 lounge chairs with umbrella on the beach.Restyrabts easy to get to.Parking onsite and across the street in parking deck, skywalk to return to building. Great visit

Great condo. Everything we needed in the kitchen was available. Wi-Fi worked great with no problems. We were close to the grocery store to get supplies. Great Ice cream store across the street. Beds were comfortable and we had a great view of the beach.
