Sunny, modern and renovated 2 bedroom apartment with side sea view on the balcony. The apartment is located right in the commercial center, in the Zeelaan. It has a sunny balcony with awning and a view of the town hall and the theater square. The theater square is regularly decorated with activities: In winter there is an ice rink, an international tennis match (Flanders Trophy Koksijde) in August, flower parade in September, Halloween in October. There is wireless internet and digital TV. The apartment consists of a hall, sunny living room with open modern, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower + single sink and toilet, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (VELDA mattresses and ergonomic sleeping pillows). There are shutters everywhere. There is a large storage room with washing machine and plenty of space to store suitcases and other supplies. Highly recommended.
