Blue Ridge Bound is a newly renovated, well appointed house situated at 3000 ft elevation a block away from the largest lake, Atagahi Lake, in the community. Savor your morning coffee or a beautiful sunset in one of 2 sunrooms overlooking the lake. Discover the bountiful amenities of Connestee Falls: 20+ miles of the best hiking trails in the region, 4 lakes for fishing, boating, and swimming, golf course, tennis, pickle ball and bocce ball courts, Wellness Center, Olympic size swimming pool (0pen Memorial Day- Labor Day), Club house with 2 restaurants. Atagahi Park with a sand beach swimming area, playground , picnic pavillions, and basketball court is less than a 5 min. drive away. Venture into the artsy and beautiful nearby towns of Brevard, Hendersonville, or Asheville. Enjoy a drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Catch an open air concert at the amazing Brevard Music Center. Enjoy some of the 250+ breathtaking waterfalls the region is famous for. A hike to the bottom of Connestee Falls, an 85 ft waterfall within the gated community is accessible to members and guests only. Prepare a family dinner in the well equipped kitchen and enjoy the meal at the 8+ capacity dining table. Round out your evening with a game of pool or cards, games or puzzles, or watch a movie in the private spacious game room. Or curl up in front of the ( remote controlled) gas log fireplace with a good book, a quiet conversation, or a favorite movie in the ample seating of the cozy living room. Both of these rooms have large new smart TVs. For ease of movement all of the rooms are on the same level except the game room which is 2 steps down. It can be completely closed off so those in the other rooms are undisturbed. After a full day of adventure and discovery settle into a peaceful sleep on a new comfy memory foam mattress.
There is parking space for 3 vehicles max in the circular driveway. No street parking is permitted. For security a surveillance camera is trained on the driveway and front entrance area.

The property was amazing. The layout of the house was perfect. Beds were comfortable and the over all vibe made for a relaxing vacation. Upon arrival we had a baby deer on the back porch which couldn’t walk. Looks like it was just born. Sandy was a great communicator and the location of the house was five minutes from the club house and four minutes from the gate which had dollar general one more minute away. I would 100% recommend this location. If it’s available again next year I’ll be rebooking.

Everything was spotless, location was perfect with golf, hiking, and wildlife every where. The entire vacation was so enjoyable, we will definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. You can see the deer and white squirrels from the porch and enjoy the view as the sun goes down. The kitchen is well stocked and the house and beautifully decorated. Lots of hiking and biking in the area. We can’t wait to be back!
