About this house rental
The Burlap and Lace Coastal Cottages are located right in the heart of downtown Ocean Shores. Cottage # 3 offers a loft bedroom with 2 queen beds. There is a full bath on the main level. This unit does sleep 4.
KITCHEN- We have provided a kitchen that is fully stocked with oven, microwave, apartment size refrigerator, pots, pans, coffee maker, hand mixer, toaster, waffle maker, tea pot and the spices.
LIVING AREA- the living room and dining area is one open space. There is a sitting area with a flat screen TV and DVD player. Please note: we do not have cable tv but we do have a smart tv screen with web access that you can use your streaming accounts. Netflix, Hulu. Etc,.)
Board games are located behind the vintage radio.
The dining area has a table with 4 chairs and a counter with 2 bar stools.
BEDROOM- the bedroom has 2 queen beds, small dresser and a chair that can be used in the dining area if necessary.
OUTDOOR SPACE-
**Please note that the outdoor space, including the hot tub, is shared with the other units if it is also booked during your stay.
We have made a schedule for each room to use the hot tub at certain times so that you can have your privacy. Please check with the office for the schedule , it is also posted in each room.
There is a covered picnic table, 2 sitting areas both with chimneys . (Wood bundles can be purchased at our local IGA Grocery store. )
The BBQ is a Webber charcoal grill
There are a few yard games, including Jenga and cornhole.

The cottage is located close to shops and restaurants. It has a small well stocked kitchen. Although it will sleep up to four people, it would be a little cozy for four, but very comfortable for two. The bedroom is upstairs and bathroom is downstairs and that information is in the description for the room, but easy to overlook. We had a maintenance issue and it was very easy to contact host and get it resolved. All persons contacted were very friendly and helpful

The cottage was super clean and cute. It’s exactly as pictured. The location was walkable to shopping and activities. I was concerned about noise being so close to everything but it was surprisingly quiet. Not having the door code and exact address until checkin time was a little unnerving for a control freak like me. But it was actually sent an hour early and allowed to arrive at that time. We would stay there again.

This was the cutest little cottage. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Service was great and prompt. Loved our stay here

Not our favorite VRBO. Cute, but cheaply decorated. Inside had a strong chemical smell. Was not aware that the bedroom was up a steep flight of stairs and the bathroom was downstairs. Not great for older couples. Location was not great.
