The house was clean and comfortable. However some items were "allocated" for our stay and were not sufficient. When I asked about additional items (dishwasher pods for example) I was told to buy my own. When paying that much for a house, I expect dishwasher soap. We also had a plumbing issue. The issue was resolved satisfactorily. My issue lies with the treatment I received trying to report the issue. The property owner was defensive and I was questioned as if I was making up the issue. After the plumber came and fixed the issue I did not receive any compensation or even a simple "sorry for your inconvenience" (2 days down a shower). I suppose I should just be happy a plumber was called and the issue was resolved. Beautiful area, but I would stay elsewhere.
