About this house rental
Very cute 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in Apache Junction with its own private swimming pool.
Relax in the heated pool or by the fire pit after spending the day exploring the local lakes, golf courses, and hiking trails that are right outside your door. The pool can be heated up to 85 degrees, so you can enjoy it any time of the year.
If you have ever been to Apache Junction in the past, you understand why so many winter visitors return year after year to enjoy the true southwest desert environment and all its natural beauty.
The house is furnished with everything you will need to enjoy your stay like it was your own home: queen-sized beds in each room, a fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances, pot & pans, coffee maker, etc.
We take pride in keeping the house extra clean upon your arrival as well as provide extra sheets, blankets, and towels.
In addition, we do not live too far away and are always around if you need anything, even if it’s just a recommendation on how to spend the day. Feel free to call us anytime.

Monthly rental rates:
May – September: $3450 per month, includes utilities
October - November: $3950 per month, includes utilities
Additional fees: State & City taxes (collected & paid by Airbnb), Airbnb fees, $175 cleaning fee
Rates include heating of pool (pool is run by electric heat pump and is set to 85 degrees... Pump will run 8 hours each day but there is no guarantee of temp especially on very cold days.. This is why there is no additional fee to heat the pool)

Wife & I enjoyed a quick getaway from sub zero temps in WI. Very nice home that's well appointed and in a quiet neighborhood. Convenient to shopping, dining and nearby friends and relatives we wanted to visit. Would highly reccomend it.

The home was lovely and true to all the pictures that are online. It’s a beautiful home very clean and organized. We were visiting from out of stay to see family. We very glad to have our own space to come home to every night and not put family out with our dogs. We didn’t find the broom and mop until our last day I like to keep things organized. We respected the property as if it were our own. It was very close to all my family and to Wal mart and to the casino we visited. The pool was beautiful but we weren’t able to take advantage of it because of visiting family.we only cooked one meal but everything we needed was there. The only drawback was the dishwasher I ran one load and it didn’t get cleaned so we hand wash the dishes it may have been operator error. I would recommend this property to anyone who has a small family and wants to be close enough to any activities they choose to do. The property manager Brian was wonderful answering any questions that came up. It has basic cable and internet but not any sports package so that was bummer It’s a excellent get away and were thinking of booking it again
