Our home is located in the Garden District, one of the most historic neighborhoods in New Orleans. At your doorstep are Greek revival and Victorian mansions, galleries, boutiques, and world-class restaurants. While this charming part of town provides a tranquil refuge from the thrill of French Quarter, it is truly a destination in itself.
All guests after booking will receive a list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
Getting Around:
While the neighborhood offers plenty to do and see on foot, the FQ and downtown are a 10 minute ride away.

–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group!

–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.

After a few days in the downtown area, this home was a wonderful place to wind down and enjoy gathering together as a family. We loved walking in the neighborhood and viewing all the amazing historic homes. Great pub up the road, The Channel, with delicious and affordable food. The back porch was a great spot to hang out and enjoy meals and conversation. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful time in NOLA. Wish I had known the following about the house prior to renting. Says there are 3 full bathrooms. False advertising, only 2.5. Bathroom on first level is a half bath. Says there is a bedroom with queen bed on first floor, false advertising, there is an empty room to left after entering front door. There isn’t a dining table inside to have a meal together; either sit at breakfast island or outside table. Limited places to sit, if trying to find a quiet place, alone, it’s pretty much your bedroom and the two bedrooms with queen beds don’t have any place to sit. There wasn’t a mat at the front door to wipe our feet (it rained a lot). The coffee maker was malfunctioning, or we couldn’t figure it out, either way, we bought a basic one so we could have coffee. There is a red light on the fridge indicating that the water filter needs changing. Also, the dryer was full of wet towels. The smoke alarm started chirping. We were able to silence the chirp and the host sent a person that evening (a Saturday night) who removed the smoke alarm. We had paid extra for an early check in (noon instead of 4:00) and somehow the reservation system changed our reservation to checking in a day early….. and checking out a day early. I received a notification to check out when we still had 2 more nights remaining. I called and got it straight but was stressful. There was only four of us so we were able to go with the flow, but not a smooth stay.
