Look no further, beautifull custom upgrades throughout, oceanfront condo directly on Sugar Beach, the longest stretch of sand Maui has to offer and just steps from your door. Start your morning off relaxing on the lanai listening to the waves while embracing the calmness of the ocean as the island wakes with the rise of the sun over Haleakala. With unobstructed views of Maalaea Bay where you will see the islands of Molokini crater, a snorkeling hotspot, Kahoolawe, and Lanai. During the high season (Dec.-April), you will often see humpback whales (mamas, babies, and guardian males) find shelter in Maalaea Bay directly in front of you. This 1.3 acre resort is beautifully maintained and will tempt you to stay and relax by the pool, sunbathe on the beach or claim a lounge chair under a palm tree and read a book. It offers a BBQ area for those dinners under the stars, centralized A/C and ceiling fans, a fully equipped kitchen, updated bathroom, centralized air conditioning and in unit washer/dryer. Kihei Beach Condos are conveniently located directly across the street from a collection of local treasures: Kihei Farmers Market featuring local fruits, veggies, smoothies and acai bowls, ABC Convenience Store, Sugar Beach Bake Shop with fresh baked malasadas, pastries, and coffee, and Ululani's Shaved Ice. You will find yourself there more often than you think. You are centrally located just 5 minutes from downtown Kihei and only 15-30 minutes from Lahaina, Kahului airport, and Wailea making it the perfect location for everything you need from shopping, dining, entertainment, and great snorkeling. Keolahou Hawaiian Congregational Church holds services in English & Hawaiian on Sunday mornings, open to all just down the street. Thursday evenings they host 808 Uke Jam, a gathering of ukulele enthusiasts of all different levels who play, sing, learn & share aloha. It is free & open to the public. Right next door is the Kihei Canoe Club. Watch the canoes during practices or races each morning. On Tuesdays & Thursdays the club offers visitors an opportunity to paddle out with them ($40 donation) and so worth the experience! Finish your day with toes in the sand and a walk on beach while watching the sunset. it truly is paradise at its finest here on Maui. Aloha!

We had the most amazing time at this beautiful Maui property! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had chosen the perfect place for our vacation. The condo was exactly as described – clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need for a relaxing stay.The location couldn’t have been better! We were right on the beach and enjoyed watching the canoe club paddles each morning. The area was quiet. We enjoyed watching stunning sunsets from the lanai every evening – it was pure magic.Communication with the host was seamless; she was very responsive and gave us some great local recommendations. We felt completely taken care of throughout our stay.We left feeling refreshed, recharged, and already planning our next trip back. If you’re looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Maui, this property is a must! We highly recommend it and can’t wait to return.

We had such a relaxing experience staying at this condo. The view was spectacular and the sound of the waves was calming. Location was great and the people staying in other condo's were all so nice. The whole trip was so good that next trip back, we will definitely stay at this location again. Mahalo.

The condo was perfect! The location was great as we toured the whole island and the condo itself was everything as advertised. It was great to be right on the beach and having the Farmer's Market, ABC store, Bakery and Shaved Ice location right across the street was icing on the cake!! Mahalo Amy!
