This fully furnished two bedroom two bathroom beachfront condominium, boasts expansive ocean and Mountain View’s in all directions from your private lanai.
The condo is located in Kihei Beach Condominiums, less than 10 miles from the Kahului Airport, and central to all that there is to do on Maui. Conveniently located directly across the street from the unit is a fresh farmers market, ABC store for all your needs, and Sugar Beach Bake Shop and Ululani’s Shave Ice for your sweet tooth. As well as short distance from other major local grocery and shopping centers in beautiful town of Kihei.
Centrally located in North Kihei, you will soon know why we have many repeat travelers stay at our beautiful property. Our on-island support is always at your service to answer any questions, or provide recommendations and respond quickly to any of our guest requests. It would be our pleasure to host you and your 'ohana on your visit to the beautiful gem that is the Hawaiian island of Maui.

Two Bedrooms: Each private bedroom suite boasts a King Size Bed along with attached en-suite bathroom. Allows for up to 4 adult guests in the unit.
Sofa located in the living room.
Two Full Bathrooms: Each has a full size stand-up shower, toilet, sink, mirror, and well appointed with towels, hair dryer and toiletries for your initial use.
Fully Furnished Kitchen: Full Size Refrigerator, Pots, Pans, Convection/Microwave Combination Oven, Induction Stovetop, Beverage Center, Dishware, Silverware, Glassware, plenty of space for prep and cooking of meals. When not sampling the great variety of local restaurants, grill some fresh caught fish or Maui grass fed beef on the on-property grills are available for all to use in the main common area on the south side of the property.
Full Service in Unit Laundry - keep your packing light and utilize your own separate washer and dryer to keep your clothes clean and dry.
Stay Connected - Wireless Internet Connectivity throughout, Cable and Smart TVs (3 total) in each bedroom and in the main living room are available for your use to cozy up for a movie night or keep you up to date on your favorite sports team.
Beach gear available for your use - we have beach chairs, boogie boards, and towels available for your use. We ask that you take care of these items as if your own and make notification to us if there are any issues or concerns.
Activities:
We will provide you with countless activity and dining recommendations for all desires, but below are a few to get your mouth watering:
swim in the ocean, or even right outside your doorstep in the on-property pool, sunbathe on the beach, surf, snorkel, play a round of golf, whale watch (winter season), stand up paddle board, hike many of the spectacular nature and historical trails, or what any other activities your heart so desires.
Visiting the other small towns on-island such as Paia, Lahaina, Wailuku, Makawao, and even Hana, will provide you different atmospheric environments to expose you to the wide range of climates and lifestyles here on Maui.
We will provide you with plenty of must-do’s along with some of the local favorite things to do while visiting Maui, just let us know if you have any special requests or questions and we would be happy to assist in making your vacation truly memorable.

This property was perfect for our family of three as a hub for exploring Maui! It is beautifully redone and immaculately clean with lots of thoughtful little amenities. We had everything we needed- and then some. Lindsey was very helpful from the start and responded very quickly to questions. I highly recommend this condo!

Let's start with the great. The condo is very tastefully decorated and nicely appointed. Check in was quite easy with no issues. The property manager was very quick to get back to me with information. We loved having the pool and the beach steps away from our unit, as well as having an ABC store, Ululani's Shave Ice, a bakery and farmer's market nearby. The location was pretty convenient to most of what we wanted to get to. Everything was great until Friday. Maui was experiencing some heavy rains. The street, parking area, entire property, and all of the first floor units in the building flooded. We ended up with about 3 inches of mud and water in the condo. There would have been a lot more, but we did not open any doors. We scrambled to get our stuff packed and out of the water, as well as many of the propert items. This area also flooded in December of 2021, so not uncommon. Where the condo is located is probably one of the lowest points in Kihei. Farther up South Kihei Road faired much better than we did. I was also extremely disappointed with the communication during the flooding. Nobody seemed to care about us, or even offer to help us find alternate accommodations, since we were unable to stay in the condo. We were very fortunate to have friends that live in Kihei that were able to let us stay with them for the remainder of our trip. They were quick to refund our last 2 nights and our cleaning fee (after pushing).
