About this house rental
This stunning 3 bedroom cape-style home offers the perfect blend of luxury & tranquility. Featuring a spacious and tastefully decorated interior, complete with high-end finishes & modern amenities, this home is the epitome of elegance. Enjoy relaxing in the peaceful surroundings of the beautifully landscaped yard, or entertain guests in the stylishly appointed living areas. The space
The Space is a beautiful and spacious vacation home located on the mainland side of Cape Cod. The house features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it perfect for families or groups of friends.
The upstairs level of the house includes a luxurious master bedroom with a king-size bed, a full private bathroom, and a walk-in closet that even has its own washer and dryer. There is also a second bedroom on this level with twin bunk beds and a full-size bed.
The main living level is located downstairs and boasts a fully equipped kitchen, an eat-in breakfast buffet, and sliders that lead to a large back deck. The sunken living room features a cozy gas fireplace, while the dining room has its own fireplace as well. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed on this level, which is perfect for anyone who has difficulty with stairs or for elderly guests.
The finished room in the basement is a great space for entertaining, with a comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa, a large Smart TV with a gaming console, and an additional washer and dryer for convenience.
The garage is open, clean, and spacious, with room for two cars and an additional half bathroom. The 1-acre backyard is a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors, with an outdoor shower, a half-court basketball hoop, a BBQ grill, a deck for entertaining, a hammock, a tree swing, and beach chairs for up to four guests. There are also board, card, and PS4 games, as well as other outdoor games, for everyone to enjoy.
Located less than a mile from the Sagamore Bridge, The Space is conveniently located for exploring all that Cape Cod has to offer, including fishing, golfing and beaches. And because it's on the mainland side of the Cape, you won't have to deal with the weekend and holiday traffic that can make getting around the Cape a challenge.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home & amenities excluding the in law-apartment located above the 2-car garage.

In living with our peaceful neighborhood community, the expectation is to maintain low noise levels and respect to neighbors. Our goal is to maintain a peaceful atmosphere, while providing our guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Loved this house so much. Super clean, well kept, so much space for our family. I liked being on the mainland side in a nice quiet area. We traveled over the bridge everyday and the traffic was manageable. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer.

Perfect in every way. Exactly what a stay should be. Wildly exceeded our expectations - modern, clean, spacious, immaculate, well-stocked - from the basics to the extra personalized touches! Great job Matthew - I am surprised that with your extremely professional hosting, and clear, grammatically correct communication (LOL - it does matter!!!) you had availability for us during the summer. Beautiful place/ neighborhood.Very clean! Beds very comfortable. We went to cape cod ( over the bridge) every day with no problem with traffic. This home is located 1st exit on the mainland .Appreciate all the supplies ( soap, paper towels, cleaning supplies. Plenty of towels/wash clothes. You won’t be disappointed 🌸

This hidden gem of a house over delivered on our expectations. In town for our son's graduation w/ family, it was appointed in every way imaginable from the kitchen (we love cooking) to outdoor grill/deck for entertaining, acre of land (very private), spacious / comfortable interior bedrooms (especially master w/ walkin/laundry), location was 10/10 as it was less than 5 mins to Scusset Beach and the canal. Our guests who had to travel from out of town loved the located because it was less than 5 mins off main highway. It exceeded our expectations in every way imaginable. We would stay here again ! Highly recommended! 5 stars
