    1- dusty 2- with ants 3- sudden but short time electrical tripped 4- sudden water cut. then come back after a while. others are fine. spacious and good location

    Worst experience in Thailand so far, very dirty in the room, needed to wait for the room to be “cleaned” but it seems that just bed and towels where changed, the shower… oh dear.. water stuck on the floor,felt like in dirty swimming pool, stinks, and the worst- last night left without water at all… So trust me i checked, not worth money at all, pictures were nice ONLY..

    I stayed at this property on Late Decembe'25. While the room had a nice hill view, everything else about the stay was disappointing. The bedsheets and towels provided were used, so I had to use my own towel to shower. Sleep was uncomfortable due to bed linens were not changed. This is the basic thing guests expect in a stay. The room had dirt and hairs in the corners and on the balcony was full of it, despite some cleaning (assuming cleaning was done as they told me to wait for cleaning in the restaurant before I checked in.) For the price of 2000 Baht + tax, this stay was definitely not worth it. Cleanliness and basic hygiene should be the minimum standard, and unfortunately, this property failed to deliver.

    Room was great. If you want to go away from the noisy of patong and go close to chill vibe of Kamala Beach, this is the best location.
