    Booked in here was not expensive so wasn’t looking for anything grand , just a good nights sleep . On check in I asked if they had a quiet room as it’s on a dual carriageway and a bar next door , she said no we were at the front . I’d even sent a message to ask for quiet room . Initially all looked ok , clean , patio doors felt like they gave some soundproofing . No hot water as well Was interesting sitting on the balcony . Came back to the room around 11 pm OMG , live music very very loud it literally was like been at the front of stage . This went on till 12 , then the music till 2.15 . Traffic was loud at night could here every motorbike . That stopped about 3.30 am quiet till 6.00 when people started going to work . Didn’t sleep hardly . The mattress very cheap and lumpy . Stuck it for another night thinking it might be better but no . So next day we checked out early . Receptionist said we should have told her which annoyed me when I had asked . So be warned , it’s cheap no facilities bed uncomfortable , in good area after you cross the dual carriageway plenty bars .

    Stayed here while attending a music festival and it was pretty great value for the money, the host I had was helpful and kind, and the amenities were minimal but did the job. The only thing is that the owner has like 3+ hotel locations all next to each other so you won’t know exactly what place you’ll be staying until you check in and each room is slightly different but it shouldn’t matter too much. Overall would recommend - and the location is nice so you don’t have to stay IN patong beach.
